Here is a weekend of fun, friendship, great food, and adventure for woman age 21 and older.  All fitness levels are encouraged to join us, try some new activities, and enjoy a relaxing weekend.

Check in at 6:30 p.m. on Friday evening and participate in the weekend activities that include canoeing, rock climbing, target sports, high ropes course, and hiking.  Feel free to bring your own bike with you.  Check out time is 11:00 a.m. on Sunday.
